We will read, Becoming Elisabeth Elliott by Ellen Vaughn.  Elisabeth Elliot was one of the most famous missionaries of the 20th century. This new biography about Elisabeth tells her story in a very different way, through the decades of personal journals she kept and the thousands of letters she wrote to family and friends. My prayer as we read this book is that we would learn to take our eyes off ourselves and keep them firmly fixed on Jesus, trusting Him no matter what this life may bring.
