Prayer
The prayer ministry at SMCC is a vibrant and vital part of life at our church. This ministry exists to deliberately and regularly pray for our church body, elders and pastors, ministries, missionaries, and our local and national leaders.
Worship
The worship ministry consists of several groups of volunteers that work toward a common goal of facilitating congregational worship services. There are various ways to serve including: band, choir, vocals, tech team, and livestream team.
Hospitality
The hospitality team ensures that attendees feel welcome and safe from the moment they arrive on campus. This team includes parking lot attendants, greeters, ushers, baristas, and security.
Children
There are lots of ways to serve the next generation. We have a very busy nursery and a thriving elementary school ministry. The future of our church is dependent on our faithfulness to nurture our children in the fear and admonition of the Lord.
Youth
Our middle school and high school ministries depend on volunteers to help disciple and teach young people. During these crucial years it is imperative that we teach our students how to walk with the Lord and how to hold a Biblical worldview.
Adults
If you have the gift of teaching, there are opportunities in small groups, Sunday school classes, and one-on-one discipleship. This will also include in depth training on how to study and teach the Word of God with our Adults Pastor.
Media
Help our communications ministry by serving on the media team. There are opportunities for photography and videography, graphic design, proofreading, etc.
Special Events
Throughout the year, our church hosts conferences for various ministries. There are many ways to help serve. Many hands make light work!
Serving Needs
We are in need of more nursery volunteers! As new families join our church, our nursery continues to grow. Likewise, we are in need of a bigger serve team to support this growth.
