Our zeal is to know in an intimate and transformative way the only true God through Christ Jesus, the only begotten son of God who was sent to redeem us from all our sins and give eternal life to all who accept him through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9).
Mission
As a church we desire to see the world through the eyes of God (John 3:16). Our commitment creates in us the desire to be obedient according to the Word of God and fulfill the great commission according to Matthew 28:19-20. We announce the plan of eternal life to every human being (John 17:3). Through discipleship we teach all believers to live fruitful lives that please God under the power of the Holy Spirit.

Good afternoon. This coming Friday, February 27 at 6:30 P.M., we will gather for a brief time of fellowship in the Lord and to give our heartfelt farewell—both sad and joyful—to our brother and soldier in the faith, Julio Vásquez. Our brother Julio will be returning to his country on Saturday, February 28. We would like to give him a beautiful farewell. Everyone is invited.
WHERE: We will meet in the sanctuary of La Fe Church at 6:30 P.M.
The church will provide food and drinks. Please share this announcement with anyone who knows our brother Julio. Everyone is invited to participate and express their appreciation for our friend and fellow believer.

We will have with us a dear brother in Christ and seminarian sharing the Word of the Lord. James Ethan Bowen will be the speaker. Please make sure to attend and support this beloved brother. His message will be a great blessing to all. The sermon will be presented in English and Spanish.

Who We Are.
Meet Your Pastor and His Wife.
Octavio and Rosie Samper have been called by the Lord to spread the gospel in Spanish at home and abroad through church planting, missions, soccer, prisons, and community events for the Hispanic community. Octavio came to know Christ while serving in the United States Air Force. It was while working in electrical engineering that the Lord called him to full-time ministry as a missionary within the Latino community. Octavio, serves as pastor, evangelist, translator and interpreter for various missionary organizations in the country and abroad. He currently leads the church planting ministry, Iglesia La Fe, ministry located in Shades Mountain Community Church in Birmingham, Alabama. Rosie met the Lord when she was 15 years old. She has been Octavio's companion for forty-two years. She serves alongside him and together they work with families, couples and individuals to evangelize and disciple. His zeal and continued commitment is to lead others into a personal relationship with Christ.
